How It Started

From a Side Job to a Full-Time Business

T & M started with two guys and a mower. One of us grew up working a family farm, the other came out of HVAC, and we cut grass on nights and weekends for five years while working full time jobs.

A year ago we both quit and went all in. We started this to do good work for our neighbors and create jobs for people close to us, and that has not changed.
